Shipping & Returns


We aim to fulfill and ship orders within 24 business hours of receiving them. We use UPS Ground, Spee Dee Ground and USPS Priority Mail for most items; larger items will ship LTL where noted. We work closely with our carriers to ensure that your order is handled carefully and efficiently, thereby providing prompt and reliable delivery for our customers. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery date.  Item weight varies from shipping weight.

Return Policy

30-day return policy

Although we strive for perfection in everything we do, things happen. Therefore, we are happy to offer a 30-day return policy, in which you may return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund less any applicable shipping, handling or restocking fees.

How to return an item

To return an item, please email Customer Service or leave us a message at (515) 577-0977 or toll-free at (888) 569-5836 with your name, contact information, the product and part number you wish to return, and your reason for returning it. Credit will be issued by your original method of payment when possible, or by check otherwise. Please note that it may take up to 20 calendar days after your return of a product for credit to be issued.

Shipping Damage:

If your package has been extensively damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped, if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.
